His dedication, creativity and leadership abilities quickly launched him into managing, training and sales positions for Florida’s Premier Real Estate firms. Robert has worked for one of the Nations top developers Arvida and was part of the success of the development of the City of Weston and most recently owned and operated his own Real Estate company where he managed, trained and was mentor-coach for a staff of over 50 Real Estate sales professionals.
